How long is the turn around for each project?

Usually after your big day. Your photo & video teaser takes about 7-14 days and 30-60 days for all highlight photos and videos. Deliverables takes about 30 days after the completion of all highlight photos and videos.

Can I pay monthly installments?

Absolutely! A few things to keep in mind:

1. The threshold for all installments will be a minimum of $500.00 each month and your first initial installment will be 30% of your overall proposed price.

2. Your first installment is non-refundable.

3. refunds are available within the clause of Force Mejeure.
   

Do you offer revisions?

Absolutely! Each client gets 1 revision. It would be $75.00 after the first one.

Do you offer multiple day event pricing?

In cases in which your event has multiple days of acquisition, we offer a custom built pricing that can be negotiated with the client.

What happen if our shooters fail to appear the day of my wedding?

The KL Media have over 150+ shooters that can replace your shooters. They are all trained to follow the same guideline of our looks and style. We also, provide them informations about the couples mood board, inspirational board and overall client request so that they won’t miss a thing!

Can we change the contract multiple times?

Nope! The contract has to be polished and mutually agreed upon the day of it’s conception.

What if we need you to stay a few more hours?

You can definitely request that to your shooters. After the wedding, we will send you an invoice.

Do you travel?

Most of our weddings are in Chicago. But we’re more than happy to travel wherever love takes us!

Will I wear a mic all day?

In order for us to create a distinctive taste on your video. We mic all the key players to capture dialogues that only our editor will hear. We only sync the audio that has active videos files, and we don’t listen to anything that doesn’t have video attached. If we hear something that isn’t relevant, we delete it. When we send you over the raw footage of your day, we don’t include the raw audio tracks.
